Blankets are a highly versatile prop that can be folded to provide height in seated postures and to support the head and shoulders in inversions. They can be rolled to support the neck in reclining postures and backbends; and to relieve strain on knees or ankles in poses such as the hero. These are made out of 100% hand-woven cotton and are soft.

Yoga belts or Yoga Straps are useful to assist in attaining correct postures by providing the required tension of a pose without straining. Belts are used for binding in postures such as Supta Padnagusthasana (Reclining Hero stretch), as extensions in forward bends like Urdhvamamukha Janu Sirasana (head on knee) and as support in postures such as Paripurna Navasana (the boat). We offer both standard and extra long yoga belts and either wide 38mm wide (1.5") for extra support or traditional narrow 1" cotton yoga belts . We also offer a choice of ABS nylon 'D' rings or Metallic buckles that both lock the belt firmly and are easy to adjust. Belts are machine washable at 40 degrees.

Sand bags are used to deepen asanas and to assist in stretching. Our 5kg sand bags are filled with fine sand for even weight distribution. The outer cover is made of cotton twill, offering good grip on the skin and the inner nylon cover which is durable and leak free. Embroiderery as per customer designs .
